Holidays over

We count down and wait for them for soooooo long and then in a blink, holidays are all over!!! We had a fantastic time the highlight was spending time with the kids!
I only took 242 photos so you should be able to wade thru them all here???!!!! No??? Hee hee I won't bore you but here some highlights
Our accommodation was eighth floor

With ripper views

And you know how every place you stay has a quirky thing?? Well this was ours-glass loos!!!

Yes It was VERY weird! It makes you wonder what were the designers thinking???!!!

The beach - the sand, the salt air...never smelt soooo good!

Your thinking why have I got photos of food well its a big thing for us - takeaway is very exciting when you don't have any!!! Fish n chips that's all I wanted!!

We found fish n chips and a beer for $11.50!!! We wished they'd move to emerald!!!

They also had $10 breakies all around so we ate our way round broadbeach!

Matthews serves haven't got smaller this is a salad bowl he used for his breakfast!!

A highlight was we went to beach market at burleigh heads
I laughed at the sign who needs warning- proceed with caution!!! Hee hee

This was my favourite - ice tea very cold and refreshing!!!

Sold in a mason jar and only $2 for a refill !!! I tried 4 flavours (I was thirsty!!)

There was very flash cars

This was the Maserati that was in our carpark-Sally pretending she just back from shopping!

Our hire car and M&m's swift- colour co-ordinated!!!!

New Years Eve was loud & spectacular
There were two lots of fireworks the first at 8

All the balconies were packed and the sound bouncing off the buildings was loud & added to the atmosphere!

then at midnight we went down onto the beach and you could see the fireworks all up and down the coast it was fantastic !!!

It was really cool, when you watch fireworks you can't help but smile!

Other shots that make me smile -- People shots!!!
